RECEIVING CUSTOMERS` NEEDS
– Customers come to the company`s office, call, zalo, facebook or send email, Smart is pleased to serve.
– Customers have the need to provide us with some basic information such as: Construction design needs, address, construction area.
IMPLEMENTATION AND MANUFACTURING IN THE FACTORY
– Based on the signed contract and approved drawings, the contractor will proceed to make construction progress and process.
– The construction will be based on the specific situation of each project.
– Production in workshop.- Contractor presents all material samples and shop drawings for investor approval before production.
DESIGN CONCEPT
– Show the layout plan and 3D perspective
– After the customer chooses the plan, the detailed design will be deployed.
ACCEPTANCE AND WARRANTY
– The acceptance work is carried out in stages and overall acceptance in each stage based on the contract.
– The warranty period is from 12 months to 24 months depending on each item.
DESIGN TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
– On the basis of approved concept drawings, detailed drawings of ground, cross-section, ME….

PERIODIC MAINTENANCE AND CONTRACT WARRANTY
The contractor will carry out warranty responsibilities according to the content of the contract. At the same time, perform periodic maintenance every 6 months for the entire workload.
